As good as the Marena garments I already own at 1/3 the price!
I'm 2 weeks post brachioplasty/lipo, about 5'3 and currently weigh around 165 lbs and generally wear a L/XL top. I ordered a large and find that that this garment fits true to size.My surgeon sent me home in Marena compression sleeves. Bought this garment as a laundry backup and I actually like it better. Also, this is nearly $50 cheaper since you aren't paying for a name.The material seems to be the same (Lycra), compression feels exactly the same and the closures on the back are actually better and feel much more heavy duty. That's important because I've found that if the closures have too much give, the sleeves don't stay in place. You truly don't want ANYTHING moving across a surgical incision.No compression garment is going to be super comfortable, but this one feels exactly the same as the name brand items I already own at a much lower price point. This is a definite win and I intend to order at least one more to get me through the next six weeks.

Runs extremely small! Material does not give at all!
The item was extremely, extremely tight and small. I ordered an extra large and I could not even get my arms into it. It was extremely painful to even try.

Compression
Just what I needed for my arms post lipo. It really compresses my arms. Only uncomfortable part is bending my arms but I’m sure once I wear it more and more it’ll feel better. The compression is perfect though. Definitely helps with pain. I bought a cheaper one which didn’t do anything for me. I’ve been buying and returning so many due to the compression being inadequate. I would say this is worth the money for sure. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money for quality products

Good sizing
I am preparing for a brachiopasty so started searching for a post—post op garment. I k ow I will get a post-op garment from the hospital yet I elbow I will me ed something after that as well. I read the other reviews and decided on a Medium. I am a 10 top with not large arms but. Have extra skin. The garment fits as I had intended. It is is snug now and should fit great after surgery. My recommendation is to err on the normal to small size if you are between sizes.

Perfect for post op
I ordered this for after my arm lift surgery and it is amazing! I won’t lie and say it went on pain free but that’s because I have 10 inch (guessing, they go from armpit to elbow) incisions but it was 100% doable. They hooked in the back with no trouble at all and don’t pull in my arms.If you are having an arm lift surgery I cannot recommend these enough. Just wait until after your surgery to order so you get a good measurement.

Perfect for arm lipo
I don't like the compression sleeves with the hooks that go under your boobs especially if you already have a faja on so this is perfect. The hooks sometime don't stay put in the back so once I found which row of hooks were the best fit, I put a little superglue on it to get it to say fastened. I really like the smooth lycra material instead of that scratchy nylon stuff. I'll be wearing these all day everyday.
