Creamy texture and pleasant light fragrance. Fragrance is light, doesn't last long and would be refreshing for a man or a woman. I have sensitivities to fragrances that are heavy and most fragrances for men either induce headaches or can be nauseating, even some of the basic bar soaps by Dr. Squatch are just too strong. 4711 has a light citrus crispness that smells clean. I would give this as a gift to the man in your life who wears too much cologne. Help him understand that sometimes less is more.

Thos is my second time buying this product, not because i necessarily love the smell. I don’t mind the smell but , i think it smells kinda old people. I just like the idea that this product have been around for so long. Im pretty sure people who would like the smell are 45 +. I’m 33 ))) if you wanna smell some history and go little reteo style try one.

I'm not sure if its me or if the soap does not smell like it did in the good old days. Im not dissapointed in ordering it, but its just not the same. No problem with seller or shipping. Great prompt service.

Great soap just because…
In love with this and used it up quickly. I can’t attest to its spiritual attributes but as a soap it gave a good lather. I like perfume scented soaps. If you want real spiritual protection soap we get ours from Palera Botanica on etsy we message and they make it custom. Hope that helps.

Its a classic scent but id encourage everyone to have a go. Young and old will love it, its so fresh and clean smelling and I love it. The packaging is lovely and if you go for the eau de toilette I bet you can't throw the bottle when it's empty, also if you have a fever put a few drops on a damp cloth on your forehead. Would make a lovely gift for someone and best bit, its not too expensive
