What is the size of the screw for the bolt? I lost mine and would still like to use the pen

I don't know. Check with the manufacturer Most can provide replacement parts.

As of September 2023, does the pen clip have an S on it, or the company name? Pictures in the listing still show S, but several reviews say the name

My came with a "S" on the clip, but I purchased it quite some time ago.

I’ve had my pen for about 6 months , I carry it in my pants pocket most of the time and it has not leaked.

can it accommodate pilot frixion refill?

There may be one, look at the related products. I bought this pen because it specifically takes pilot G2 refills.
