Can this be used with a conversion kit? Taking a recessed light out to replace with a chandelier and need to cover the 6 inch hole

Not really, since it would only reduce the 6 inch hole to 5.25 inches... I think you might prefer a chandelier light trim (also called a medallion).

Can these be installed after lights are installed? bad cuts were hidden behind the led fixture. is there a split or do the lights need to be disconn

The can light trim needs to be removed so the goof ring can be placed between the ceiling and the can light trim. It’s a simple process.

Does the company name show on these Rings when they are installed (it shows in the pic on Amazon)?

They do not show on the 6-8 I installed.
