This BBQ looks great and is good value for money. Lots of reviews saying it is difficult to build I was expecting a nightmare. It took me approx an hour which includes having to unwrap everything. Instructions were good be sure to read them before starting. It may be that they have been updated. We haven’t cooked on it yet but it lit first time in all burners. Very happy with it overall!

As all of the other reviews say, the one thing that lets this product down is its very sketchy instructions on how to put it together. I am not convinced that the person who did the instructions has ever seen the product itself! However, there are several websites and videos in other reviews that show how to put it together - go there first! Overall though, it is great. Plenty of cooking space on the grill and a warming shelf. No issues with the ignition and worked from the first start.

4 burners, good cooking area, a little fiddly to assemble but YouTube video makes it straightforward. Happily cooks enough for 6 people in one go.

It is a great size for my family and the four burners make it easy to cook a variety of foods at once. The grills are large and the heat is distributed evenly, so I don't have to worry about food burning or sticking. I love the fact that the grills are removable and easy to clean. The temperature control knobs are easy to use and the hood helps to keep the heat in. I also appreciate the top shelves, which provide extra space for food preparation and serving. I would highly recommend this BBQ to anyone looking for a great outdoor cooking experience. It is a great value for the price and I am sure I will be using it for many years to come!

The product initially appeared great - easy to assemble, functional and aesthetically pleasing. However, after a few uses, the lid's paint started peeling off, likely due to a manufacturing defect. Nevertheless, I received an immediate refund, so my overall experience was average.

Bought as a gift for my husband. Took soooo long to assemble and some screws were almost impossible to reach because of other fixtures and fittings. My advice is take a good look at everything first. However it looks the part and seems fairly sturdy and I did get it while it was on promotion which was nice!! Not used yet.

Fitting instructions ok, you do need two people to assemble though. As all screws together, if you make a mistake you can just disassemble and do it again (as we did when we put bracket wrong way around). Came with some spare fittings which was good. Also comes with gas regulator that fits the popular "patio gas" containers - most bbqs you have to buy that separately. Cleaning very easy as you can pop off the burners, drip tray etc. Very pleased with the product.
