Excellent Buy
I now own a top of the line 55" LG OLED (which is amazing) and the bottom of the line. 24 inch which is pretty excellent for the bedroom. There are very few options for a 24" TV but for me this checks all the boxes. First, the picture is excellent and sharp. If you are not getting a good picture, then consider the signal. At first I was unimpressed, but then I realized that my Xfinity TV adapter box was not turning to digital channels. When I tried the digital channels - nice, sharp picture. Second, I really like the LG remote/TV interface. The remote has an AMAZON button and a NETFLIX button, as does my larger TV, and they take you right to the site for wireless streaming. If you push the HOME button, you can flip through your options of HDMI/Cable channels, Disney Plus, Hulu, Vudu, and Youtube, Google Play. Yes, you do have to be a subscriber for access to these special site, but it is easy to sign in once and your are a go. 3. Sound - It sounds like people have wide ranging experiences with this TV. Good sound for me is as important as the picture. That is why I got a sound bar for my OLED TV. I got a sound bar for this TV too. The sound bar cost more than the TV, frankly, a Bose TV Speaker. The sound is great, and it has the advantage of being able to highlight speech, so it is easy to hear in bed without turning the volume up too loud for others. The TV and remotes sit on the sound bar which make for efficient use of space if needed. 4. In response to the contradictory answers to the questions above, yes there is a USB port, as well as optical and two HDMI, there is no headphone jack and the resolution is 720p (not 1080). It is rare to find 1080 in this size TV. I am very happy with this streamlined cool purchase that cost less than a tenth of my other TV and functions just like it says and is easy on the eyes.

It’s a great TV for the money.
I love this thing. Not sure if Amazon is still selling these, but I’m glad that I got one right before it was listed as Currently Unavailable. To keep it simple, I purchased one to use as a computer display and it works great. Great picture quality, nice interface, and it’s feature-laden, with all kinds of apps. I use it as a computer display, but it doubles as a TV. It’s a win-win. If I had a complaint, it would be that the remote isn’t backlit, or at least had glow in the dark buttons. There are a lot of buttons on the remote and in the dark, it can be hard to differentiate between what is what. Not a big deal for me because I’m not using it primarily as a TV, but it is something to note. Also, the app system that LG uses to control the TV through the app requires you to provide your location and leave your location services on, which I’m not very fond of. It’s for that very reason that I don’t use it. Other than that, it’s overall a great television and I’d definitely recommend it. If I had a need for another one, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it.

Nice TV, utterly infuriating interface.
Really nice small TV, utterly infuriating interface. Works fine, great image, nice frame and pedestal. BUT THE DARN SETTINGS INTERFACE IS STUPIDLY COMPLEX. Utterly ridiculous. Change the image size? Tried several times, no luck. Tried different methods . . . zip. Zoom in? Yeah, but can't make it stay that way. Utterly baffled why such a great TV maker would put out such unintuitive and non-operating menus. I gave up and just leave it as it is. Last Samsung I'll buy.

Good so far
So far I’m very happy with my new LG 24” tv. Picture quality is awesome, I did hook up my Roku since I only have Wi-Fi and no cable and it works beautifully! The only downfall is the sound is not very loud, and I cannot seem to get my external audio box to work with it, but I feel it could be the box and not the tv. I previously had a Vizio TV, and it Has to be the worst TV I have ever purchased in my life, just awful! So, I thank you LG for making me happy again! Well worth the money!

Great base for the TV, along with having a clear picture
It's a smart TV that is easy to operate. I needed one for my sewing room but wanted a base like this one instead of "legs" on a TV that are not very sturdy. It needed to fit on top of my receiver for U-verse. This is as perfect as it can be. I did not want a TV that had the spread apart legs. Is that something new? Not sure why they would be made like that. This TV is easy to set up. I'm an 81-year-old female and I got it set up myself with the cords-wires and all. Love the TV. Great picture and it's just the right size. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

suitable for my needs
As a guest bedroom TV, this is just fine. I would have preferred the next size up, that was less than 32" since the corner space would not accommodate it. I do not have a discerning eye that a techi would have when it comes to picture quality but I find this better than expected, after reading reviews from several on-line sites. The sound is fine and it was easy to set up with my cable provider. I have not used the remote to watch TV so I cannot rate the ease of navigating settings and apps. Overall, I hope that this unit will last for the sporadic guest that will be watching it. The price was good and the shipping was very satisfactory.

Not for streaming (slow electronics, "smartness" is an after-thought)
We bought this to stream YouTube TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime to the bedroom. We were considering Apple TV, but the app is not available on this model. YouTube TV is our main app. Auto resolution defaults to 360p, which looks horrible. I forced it to 720p (TV native resolution) and the picture / sound were stuttering so bad it was un-watchable. Stats for Nerds showed good connection speed (>18 Mbps) and buffer health (> 45 s), and 0 dropped frames. I have 2 other TVs in the house (Sony) and they run 1080p without issues, and one of them is farther away from the router and on a different floor vs. this LG. My guess is the electronics are too slow to decode / render a 720p stream. When you power-on, it defaults to antenna, so you get white noise / snow before you can choose another app. When you get to the apps, it defaults to Netflix, even though YouTube TV was the last app we used and is first in the flip cards. There was a TV update (WebOS) available, but installing it didn't fix any of these issues. We bought this to replace a Vizio D24F-G1, which also had a problem with stuttering, but YouTube TV's auto resolution is 1080p (vs. 360p for the LG) and the stuttering caused frame drops, but at least the audio wasn't interrupted. Since I'm not happy with either TV, I'm thinking about getting a Google Chromecast through the Vizio's HDMI input.
