Tektalk Jigsaw Puzzle Board Portable Puzzle Mat, Gray

This puzzle board is great. Large enough for a 500+ piece puzzle. Sturdy with a non slip felt surface. The plastic cover keeps everything in place until you're ready to work on it again. I'm very satisfied with it!

I bought a bigger wooden board for my elderly Mother for Mother’s Day. The board was big and she thought it was bulky. She was also afraid that it was going to scratch her table. I ended up keeping that board for myself and kept looking for one for her. I found this one. This mat suits her much better. It’s very light. So it’s easy to move and store. It’s firm enough to pick it up and move it with the puzzle put together. It also comes with a nice cover to put over it. If you have a cat. This would be a nice feature for you. Because we all know they like to bat stuff around and knock it off the table. We normally do a 300 piece puzzle. We like the puzzles with larger pieces. The puzzle we first did was 24X18. We had plenty of room left. We normally do puzzles on the kitchen table. So the ease of moving this is a plus. If you are looking for a sturdy, lightweight mat, that’s easy to store away. I would highly recommend this one.

Good quality puzzle mat that is sturdy but notstiff. It's slightly bendable which is good for me as I slightly bend it to fit it under my couch when I am not working on the puzzle. I like the felt like non slip surface so the pieces stay put and don't slide off. The dust cover is great too as it secures in the corners to protect the puzzle. This cover was exactly what was needed when I had the puzzle stored under my couch and I ran my Roomba. I had totally forgotten it was there and ran my roomba and left the house, and when I realized it was there I cringed as I thought about what I would find when I got home. The plastic dust cover was thick enough and was secure enough that the vacuum just ran right over it without damazing it at all. The only thing I didn't like about it was that I thought it would be a bit bigger. It fits a 500 piece puzzle with ease but I don't know if it will work well for a 1000 piece puzzle.

This thing is awesome! Wish I gotten it sooner, before my cats stole my pieces! Now they cannot get to the pieces at all. Light weight and the pieces stay in place when you transport it!

This is a rare find. It really works. I like doing puzzles, but I have a very active cat. I tried to just cover puzzles with a cookie sheet, but that didn't work. I tried rolling mats, but they didn't always work, and the cloth would stick to the pieces. 1) The cover is easy to place and remove. It is surprisingly fast 2) the mat is smooth, so it is easy to move pieces around 3) It is a very decent size. 500-1000 piece puzzles are fine for the most part (unless you do some with unusual shapes/sizes.

Great idea! After reading, customer comments, I ordered the board but didn’t like the felt side of it. I like to build pieces and sections of the puzzle and then be able to move them around and it doesn’t do that well on the south side.Other than that, the board is perfect so what I did was, I turned it over. I realized that the back is kind of nice. So I’m actually building my Puzzles on the back of the board. I know I’m such a renegade lol Someone commented that it does not fit 1000 piece puzzle but as you can see on my thousand piece puzzle, I have a couple of inches to spare on the length and about an inch on the width. That cover is incredibly cool. We removed the covered board from our dining table and simply slid it on the chairs at our kitchen bar with a cover on it and had no fears of losing any pieces. Love love love it!

I was a little worried about what I was going to get. But there was no need! This board is well made, the perfect size (1000 piece puzzles), easy to use and move. The dust protector has corner flaps that secure to the board and keeps puzzle pieces secure while moving. The felt padded topside is soft, if not a little too "puffy" which can make some puzzles that don't click together well a little difficult to keep them together, but this is a puzzle issue, not the board issue. Lightweight and well made. This is a great tool for puzzle enthusiasts who may want to put away their projects for a short time, or keep the cats from getting into things.

Das Produkt ist super, man kann darauf toll puzzlen, und das Puzzle haustiersicher verstauen. Die Unterlage ist stabil für einen Transport von z. B. dem Verstauungsort zum Platz, an dem man puzzlen möchte. Das Material ist hochwertig, die Puzzleteile verrutschen nicht, aber man kann sie trotzdem darauf bewegen. Ich mag es lieber als einen Puzzle Teppich, da sich das Material angenehmer anfühlt. Die Abdeckung ist auch super und schützt vor Staub und meinen Katzen. Ich habe mich noch nicht getraut, die Unterlage senkrecht zu lagern, aber bei ersten kurzen Versuchen wirkt es so, als würden die Teile am Platz bleiben. Ich lagere es auf einer Kommode. Für 1000 Teile im Standardformat ist die Größe perfekt. Größere gehen leider nicht, aber dafür hätte ich eh keinen Platz. :) Ich hatte etwas Bedenken, weil es noch keine Rezensionen gab, aber bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Geliefert wird es in einem riiiiiiesigen Karton, nicht erschrecken. :)

I bought this for my jigsaw puzzles and it works very well. I can cover my jigsaw and put it away until I feel like doing it again. The mat is good quality and light and easy to move. Highly recommend.

Die Matte ist total super, ich kann das Puzzle abdecken, wenn ich Pause mache, die Katzen können sich drauf legen ohne alles zu verwuscheln...Stört nicht, wenn sie auf dem Tisch liegt, da man auch mal ne Tasse drauf abstellen kann. Ich liebe sie

Just what I was looking for - somewhere I can store my puzzle and move it around the house easily. The cover is great to keep the dust away.
