My husband loves this stand. I gave it to him for Christmas over a year ago and it is like new. Stays put in the position you set it in and folds up very flat. Can also be used for a Nintendo Switch Lite as it happens, could probably be used as a great e-reader stand as well. He has a habit of “double-screening” as in, watching YouTube on his phone while playing a video game. This is great for that! I like to borrow it for watching something in the bathtub (set up on the counter) or having it on the coffee table while I have a snack for hands-free viewing. Perfect “guy” gift or for anyone who has everything they need. They need this stand!

i have lost count of how many compact folding stands i have purchased for my kindle or phone. more than a dozen, easily... and at last, i have found 'the one'... with other stands, they either dont have the adjustability i need, OR theyre cheaply manufactured and wind up cracked or broken after being tossed around in my bag or luggage. i am 100% positive that will never happen with this stand, as it is built like a tank... every part of it is metal, THICK metal at that... its a bit heavy, and a bit bulkier than some other stands ive used, but i can tell you one thing for sure, its not going to break on you. it is easily adjustable to pretty much any angle you could want, and the 'hooks' that hold whatever it is youre putting on it are large enough for just about any device you might want to use it with, including my phone with a fairly thick case, and my kindle with a folding cover. the rubber pads on the hooks cover the entire surface, they arent dinky little stick-ons that dont have enough coverage, or will come off after light usage... and the non-slip pad on the bottom covers the entire base. it is super grippy, wont slide, and wont scratch whatever surface youre using it on. the only way this could be any better is if it were made of titanium, to make it lighter and thinner with the same durability... UGREEN, take note, i would cheerfully pay you 5x the price for this stand in titanium. seriously. like right this instant.

Bought another one of these just for the sturdiness of this when I charged my phones. Really easy to mount the phone on it without much effort with the charging cord attached.

Got this because I was tired of my phone always lying flat on the desk. This product is very nicely made all-around - the aluminum is surprisingly thick: 0.117 (a little over 9-gauge) for the top and bottom parts, and 0.200 (nearly 4-gauge) for the side arms. The hinges are movable, but stiff to hold their position, and there are nice foam pads contacting the phone and the desk surface. (Note to metric weenies - the dimensions don't map any more cleanly to metric sizes. If you want mm, convert.) Though I haven't tried, of course, I'm pretty sure I could run over this with the car and only produce cosmetic damage. It's that stout. In fact, the top piece might be a bit *too* thick - it prevents the use of a 90-degree Lightning cable when plugged into a phone in a case, so I have to just plug it in and set it in the stand at an odd angle when charging at night. (Thus only 4 stars for versatility. Yeah, I could get another Lightning cable, but I'm cheap, and a cable costs more than the stand, so I'll live with this flaw as long as I have a Lighting phone - Hoping to upgrade to Surface Duo 2 soon anyway...) Overall, this is a good product, though. Recommended.

This is not flimsy. It’s made out of metal so it really supports the phone and does not move around or shift its weight. This really helps keep my phone in place on a nightstand at any angle of my choice, depending on where you move it.

Like other UGREEN products, this item is quality made and sturdy. The two bottom phone brackets could be another 5mm deeper to enable even quicker mounting.

Precies wat ik had gehoopt. Stevige houder die je in allerlei standen kunt zetten. Dit kost een beetje moeite maar zal voorkomen dat de houder in elkaar zakt. Absolute aanrader.
