Life Lessons from Genesis: Book of Beginnings

Max Lucado has a wonderful way of communicating. He teaches basic concepts in the Bible and makes them easy to understand. He also delves into the deeper aspects of those concepts. He introduces new believers to Jesus, with a handshake and a hug. But he also opens the doors revealing God's glory layer by layer. The Bible is sometimes compared to an onion: with each successive layer there is new understanding. Mr. Lucado is gifted in helping people explore the many different layers of spiritual Truth.

This book really helped during bible study

The Life Lessons from Genesis: Book of Beginnings is an excellent book for bible study. My church Way land Baptist is using it for this month bible study.

I'm in a Community group at our church & we did our study from this work book. The whole class enjoyed it.

Found out on Sunday night at Bible Study that we are going to have a gift exchange of less than $10. Since Family Christian closed I didn't know what I could find for under that amount and get through the mail so quickly before next Sunday Night. Everyone loves Max Lucado, and this arrived in 2 days so I will have time to wrap it for the gift exchange and I know whoever gets it will enjoy it.

Great book to understand the book of Genesis

Lucado has an easy to read and study style.

In real Bible study, one needs to know WHY all the begats are important. Pay attention because you will read more about these people later on in the Bible and you will learn the linage of Jesus.
