Hard to scoop
I use this for my massaman curry but you do have to run it under hot water because it is really granulated sugar that i cant barely get it out of the tub.

Lead Exposure & Cancer Warning
Buyer beware. The plastic on the jar, that prevents it from leaking during delivery, has a clear lead exposure and cancer warning. One removed, it is not labeled on the actual jar. As for the advertisement online, this warning is only seen in a single non-prominent line toward the bottom of the page. Annoyed that I waisted money since this product cannot be returned.
