Essential for your immune system when there's no sun
A great product by a British company at a great price. The human body isn't good at absorbing Vitamin D3, but it's great at producing it in the sun, so it needs a carrier agent to promote absorption when ingested, which is why these caplets come with Vitamin K2. 4,000 iu is the maximum daily dose so this is ideal with sufficient K2 to support absorption. 74% of the UK population are Vitamin D deficient, 27% are dangerously low, so this 6 month supply will get you through winter after which you need just 30 minutes of midday sun until it's winter again.

Good value for High Strength Vitamin D3 + K2
After a fair bit of research, I chose FS Vitamin D3 + K2 as they appeared to be the best value for a 6 months supply of the high strength of 4000IU Vitamin D3 with the added benefit of Vitamin K2. They are also made in the UK (from imported ingredients). The capsules are quite large, but I find them easy to swallow. I started taking Vitamin D as I had read that aching joints may be due to a deficiency, and I had been spending more time indoors than I should have. That has pretty much gone since taking it. Since then, I have seen it widely recommended due to the Covid-19 restrictions keeping more people at home. I wasn't aware of the importance of taking Vitamin K2 along with it until recently which is why I switched to this one.

Left on door step no 1 at home
Right product. Not happy as left outside house, near front door .instead of in black bin to the left of tge property. It's said handed to resident. I was 45 miles away at the time. No 1 at home. No neighbour as they were out too. Luckily not taken from.door step.

Me gusta mucho.
Súper bonito el diseño. No salgo mucho a la calle y no me gusta tomar el sol y en general la población suele tener déficit de vitamina D. Es muy bueno tomarla. Es fácil de tomar, las cápsulas no son muy grandes y son finitas (algo muy importante para mí que odio y me cuesta mucho tragar pastillas). No huele mal y no sabe mal. El precio y la calidad están genial. Las recomiendo totalmente.

En principio, muy recomendable.
Las cápsulas son fáciles de tratar. Buen envase. En principio, la fórmula, debería ser la forma correcta para sintetizar la vitamina D. Cuando haga una analítica de sangre y vea los niveles de dicha vitamina, podré darle con mucho gusto el máximo de puntuación.
