For fish oil capsules they have a really good flavor and odor. The size is a little big but the are easy to swallow. I don’t notice much burping and no stomach upset from taking them and I’ve done it both before and after eating.

This is a great supplement to add to your routine. Whether your sore/stiff from at home projects, exercise, or just old age this supplement helps reduce inflammation. It’s great to consume by itself, in your favorite protein shake, or even with a bowl of granola/yogurt.

After a lot of research this is quite possibly the best option for omegas I could find. I wish there was another option that was not derived from fish but I could not find one. When looking for omegas many people only look at the total omega-3 content; in reality you should be looking at how much EPA and DHA is in the product (if any - many products do not even state the content). EPA and DHA are the most important components to omega fatty acids and this item basically had the highest number of any I found - 1,190 mg (including DPA). Not sure why the price has increased by over 40% now and sadly I may have to do research to find an alternative (price for 180 count bottles was just under $50 previously). This would have five stars if I never had any fishy aftertaste when taking this. Here's to hoping the price returns to normal.

this stuff is amazing was dealing with random anxiety, brain fog and visual focus. started seeing an improvement after just taking it for only 1 day, product smells great as well. Great Omega vitamin. Size is manageable to swallow and no bad aftertaste. Effective but pricey.

I recently switched to Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Advanced Omega from another top quality brand that I was using for years. The Garden of Life is even better and has more Omega3’s along with other added benefits. Easy to digest soft gels with no aftertaste or burping. Highly recommend
