Great easy to put up
Was a bit wary on ordering this but it’s great I also bought the side wall kit too eas to put up I use it on my caravan but this is so adaptable had a few questions off Amazon re customer as it has Velcro straps above tha awning rail so it could go on any vehicle with roof bars very good for the money

Good, but took longer to fit than the main canopy
Maybe because it was the first time but it took us longer to fit these side panels than it did to put up the main canopy.Once up, they did the job though no easy way to make them snug to the van.

Easy to fit and does the job intended.
Easy to fit to the SkyCanopy, seem to be robust and do what they’re intended to do.

Useful addition to the Sun Canopy but...
Found the SunCanopy very useful and less bulky than an awning. Not much room in a VW campervan. Realised that side protection would also be a great benefit so purchased a pair for the ‘van.Fitting is a chore first time round, but I’m sure it will get easier. The root of the problem is the anchor point at each end. I realise that they are there to anchor the ends and stop the screen flapping in the breeze but, if like me, you have big hands and short nails, releasing the catch is a real pain. I ended up using a small screwdriver to assist and ease the movement. The anchor points for the front end (not at the van end) is simply a toggle that fits in an eye (bit like the toggle on a dufflelcoat, but flimsy looking). I suspect Vango have dropped their guard here, the plastic loops on the expensive Air Canopy look like they won’t last long and already I’m considering modifying it to make it easier and more substantial. It’s a good addition to the van and has proved very useful on our last trip (following the coastline in Wales from England border in south to border in north). Once erected it made sitting outside under cover much more pleasurable. But will those pesky connections stay in the game? Only time will tell.
