Made a bespoke coat hook
Used to attach some jewelled knobs to a wooden picture shelf to hang coat/keys etc which required half dowel and half screw.....very pleased with result

Useful double-ended screws, but the M4 thread is a loose fit
The M4 to woodscrew adaptors from Sourcing Map are a loose fit in normal M4 nuts, maybe the yellow zinc plating is thinner than specified. The threads are as specified with 12.5mm long M4 thread on one end and 12.5mm No.8 woodscrew on the other. I cut down the M4 portion to 5mm long for my application. I needed a generous amount of Loctite on the M4 thread because the fit is so very loose in the M4 rubber isolators I was fitting.
