You have to take into account the price when awarding stars. This set isn't a heavy duty item but there's no reason that it should be so they can get away with plastic body etc and instead provide more attachments. This works really well. The small head does the job and there's no pulling or skin pinching. The other parts work well too and fit together easily. A simple twist unlocks the part you want to swap. The eyebrow trimmers are guides that fit over the nose trimming attachment. It's pretty efficient and easy to do. Hair removal/trimming is easy too. It's supplied with a battery which I think is a better choice than a rechargeable for this type of item that requires occasional use.

Seems to work ok but doesn't cut as closely as my ancient and sadly departed 3000 series trimmer.

Ideal gift for me works very well

I decided to go for a more expensive and hopefully better quality trimmer for my nose and ears. This product does feel much more sturdy and I like the concept of a vertical trimmer rather than a round style which always seemed to pull the hairs rather than cut. I'm hoping battery life should be better as well due to the larger size and named brand but only time will tell. The trimmer did indeed not pull any hairs for me and was easier to use as it is longer. The problem for me was it just didn't cut close enough. I have pale skin and dark hair so visible stubble of nose hairs is just as unsightly as longer hairs for me. I would have returned the product had I not already thrown away the packaging. I guess I can use this to bring the length down and then use another one to cut it close...

Bought this as part of a birthday present. The man in question will be opening his gift today and I am sure he will be pleased with his gift.

Works well

Nice and it does the job well. I'm use It mainly for nasal hair and it does a good job with minimal pain other than the off over enthusiastic tug. It's more tickle than anything but the results are pretty good.
