If they are very fine fissures I wouldn't recommend. I would say this is best for cracks 1/8 to 1/4 or an inch.

I have bricks that edge my porch that are loose. Will this work?

It might, it's really for filling cracks in pavement, driveways, etc, for keeping water/snow out to help stop expansion, I did use it last year to piece togather broken cement from around steps, but after 1 year it came apart, depending on color of your bricks, it comes in grey.

I have bugs coming from from walls with open cracks its not concrete but just a wall, is it still cool to use it?

I wouldn't if it's not a concrete wall. Use silicone instead.
