This product is easy to use and easy to assemble. I was missing an item and the bokashi bran busted open during shipping, but the seller was very gracious in sending me the items that were missing and a new 5 lb bag of bran. They’re a very nice company. I really am enjoying the composter. If you like composting, this is a great way to do it bc you have no nasty smell from your indoor bucket. The bacteria/yeast in the bran ferment your scraps and it’s sealed as well. I love it, I love the company. Don’t hesitate to try it out.

I bought this because I bought a home with a septic system and no garbage disposal, but after a couple of weeks, I decided it was better to just put food scraps in the trash. According to the seller, it is 'normal' to have bugs in your compost bucket inside the kitchen. I just found it too disgusting to open it up and see all the nasty mold and bugs so close to where we cook and eat. It was also hard to install the spigot. I don't know what I was doing wrong, but I never had any 'tea' to drain. I don't recommend it.

We love using this composting system! It’s so roomy and easy to use. The screw top is amazing because it really keeps odors in and prevents any accidents when we are moving it around. It is easy to get on and off and the spout is secure as well. We haven’t had any problems with it and recommend it for anyone who is interested in trying composting!
