is there a need to rinse with water before use?

One Step is a no rinse cleaner and sanitizer.

Does this come in a tub or a bag?

In almost three years since this question was asked about it coming in a tub is now mute, it now comes in a BAG. I was expecting a tub, but I got a bag. Bummer...My only complaint.

Will this product come in a plastic tub or a bag? recent reviews have said the tub isnt included

The last time I bought it. It came in a bag.

This is a DRY product. It is a per-carbonate cleanser like oxy-clean with a stabilizer added. The product may clump if the tub were to be left open in a humid environment but until mixed with water the product is shelf stable and will likely last for well over a decade or more.
