These are used but sound sounds good and the battery lasts just as long as a brand new set

Work well but i'm not sure they're new
I ordered these replacement tips as mine were no longer fitting my ear well, however I noticed on 3 of the pieces that there was what appeared to be dried earwax. It very well could be something else but given what the product is, I would have liked to receive a product that was clean. After washing the pieces that I planned on using, the sound quality was comparable to the default tips that come with the earbuds but I cant write a glowing review for something gross like that.
