Warm and comfy
Warm, rugged and already shrunk. They fit very comfortably. Old fingers make everything harder to operate, so my only complaint is the buckles are a little bit cumbersome. Still, I’d buy them again and recommend them to anybody wanting a durable, warm overall.

I knew what I was getting
Solid purchase. These do appear to be genuine Carhartt bibs, which is not guaranteed on Amazon. They fit as close to what I wanted as I could get. For reference , I wear a 34 x 32 in the classic double front Carhartt pants, and I purchased a medium regular in these. I wish the wear maybe a smidge bigger in the hips because the multi tool I wear on my belt makes them a little tighter than I would prefer, but, this fabric stretches over time as they break in. I’m sure in a few weeks, they will be perfect. The legs only zip up to the knee, so if you’re looking for zip to thigh or zip to hip, this model is not it. I’ll start wearing them every day to work starting tomorrow. I live in remote Alaska and winter temps are hovering around negative 25 for an average week. Several of my coworkers have this same set of bibs and everyone loves them.

Heavy Duty and Built to Last
These Carhartt insulated bib overalls are seriously heavy duty. The material feels thick and durable, exactly what you’d expect from Carhartt. The insulation keeps you warm without feeling overly bulky, and they’re clearly made for real work, not just looks. When I first got them, they did seem to run a little bigger than I expected. After the first wash and dry, the fit settled in and felt much more true to size. So if they seem slightly oversized at first, that may even out. Overall, great quality, tough construction, and warm. If you need something reliable for cold weather or outdoor work, these are a solid choice.

Carhart quality
These were too large for my kid, but fit me. Haven't used them yet as I'm waiting for my other pair to wear out

Fit and comfort
These Carhartt overalls are replacing 25 year old ones I've had for working outdoors in winter. These are a great upgrade with some nice features, zipper fly, lower leg hem protection, warmth without bulk. The shipping took awhile but was worth the wait.

Fit well as long as you size down slightly, Warm, great quality, metal straps.
Good warm, fairly high quality feeling. I personally like zippers more, but zippers tend to break real easy, they use I believe metal straps in its place. Which I thought Id hate, but theyre not bad. Easy to get off still, just not as easy as if it was a zipper. I work in a distribution center that has no heat in minnesota. And they held up with a few layers, in sub 0 temps, even up to -15 temps before wind chill, ON A FORKLIFT meaning the windchill makes it a lot colder. For the job I do, I feel like theyll take a few years to start getting any rips in them, unless im very careless, and even then i imagine theyll last quite a while. So much better than any pair ive had that was 50 to 75 bucks. Im 6 3' about, slightly under. Im 226 pounds as of this review. I dont have a big belly, but I have thick thighs, longish legs, and the Large/short leg, fit perfectly even with layers of both sweatpants (2 to 3 pairs) and a 3/4 layers of shirts/hoodies/sweaters. Only reason I give it a 4/5 is because I know th e winter series for carhartt is better. Just more expensive. But for 130 bucks theyre worth every penny.

Runs large. Very large.
So fair warning to anyone who is tall, you probably don’t need a Large Tall. I bought it thinking I would according to sizing guides, but needed a large. I’m 6’2”, 210 lbs. I did try them on before I had to return them, and they were very warm and comfy, there are rivets at every stress point and the zippers and snaps are of good quality. I’d recommend the washed duck for comfort and the firm duck for longevity.

What happend
I bought these Carhartt coveralls because I love the brand. ALL my workwear is Carhartt, and has been for years. The quality is usually above par. My last pair lasted 4.5 years and that's why I got them again. However, these I am not happy with, it's been 1 day of use, and the shoulder strap adjusters don't stay set, and it's very aggravating.....For the amount paid for the coveralls, this should not be happening. Very disappointed 😞

Better sizing chart needed. Medium short.
I’m 5’8’’ with socks. Medium build 165 ish. Fit well around the body and have elastic sides near the buttons that help. But. Have the straps all the way up and they are barely short enough. I bet if I was 5’11 with the same build these would fit with the amount of strap there. Next they changes the material in the straps that seem extremely cheap. And they don’t hold where you set them. Red green loves me. Little duct tape so the clasp can’t slip down and you’re set but for 200 clams that shouldn’t be necessary. Let’s see how they last. One improvement I noticed and see how it wears is. The bottoms of the ankles are made of a different material. Old ones never really lasted at the bottom. Time will tell.

Beware if short
Very nice and warm but if you are a small person for myself I’m 5"6 and short is too long even with the adjusters to the max you will need to modify them but overall very pleased lots of pockets and others
