before I review, I must note that you can acquire this item at Walmart for under $7, in store, so don't purchase it here. Onward to the review. The instructions I believe are to take once a day- but I usually take it twice a day. Have I lost weight on it- yes- however I am also on a 800 calorie diet, so I was losing weight months before I bought this. The only thing I can say is it did not hinder weightloss in any way, and I didn't feel any adverse effects at all. In fact, one of the major things I like about this product- and it may seem gross- but it makes my burps taste like raspberry, which is waaayyy better than fish or garlic (if you're taking those). The experience has been pleasant, and I don't regret giving it a try.

I really like these Spring Valley supplements because they are just Rasperry Keytones without any other added ingredients like Green Tea or caffeine. I also like the price at Walmart. They are almost 7 dollars for 60 capsules. They run out a lot so I order them on Walmart's website and have them shipped to store. I think the 100 mg.dosage is too low because the research study I read online had the participants taking 350 mgs twice a day. I take 300 mgs twice a day. They were also on a low fat diet. I have been averaging a loss of 3-4 pounds a week with no bad side effects. I do seem to go the bathroom more but I am getting rid of fat and well it has to come out somewhere! It is not that bad really. If you want to buy rasperry Keytones do your own research online but I have read to stick to just pure Raspberry Keytones without other added ingredients. The one question I have is if these are man made rasperry keytones from a lab or all natural ones which are much better for us or so they say?

Good stuff! I get that burping raspberry flavor lol its better than other nasty weight loss flavors, and it works as long as you exercise and start thinking healthy meals or snacks to begin with

I'm a big supplement user n I have tried many natural supplements since I've stop breastfeeding a couple months ago I have tried another raspberry ketone product but it just made me go to the bathroom but this one here really has me losing weight it gives me the energy I need its soo good the stuff I use to hate to do I don't even think about it I bought it about a week ago for about 4 bucks @walmart wen I was stuck at 237 now I'm down to 230 n I'm like sooooo happy I work out twice a day but my eating habits are not that great and I try really hard but my goal is 180-175 my pre pregnancy weight
