I was pleasantly surprised by what a sturdy, functional and good looking piece this is!! I like to think myself pretty darn handy - but it was still quite a feat to get it put together properly. The assembly instructions leave LOTS to be desired! (Like some *words* would've been nice!!) A HELPFUL TIP: when attaching the #5 squares to boards #2, #3 and #4 - the photos don't make it clear which way the #5's should be facing. (I'd argue the photos actually imply placing them backwards!) So make sure the white edges are showing / facing upward at that stage. Other than that, I have no complaints at all! It's a great piece, and I love that they supply the hardware needed to anchor it to the wall - so it doesn't topple forward at any point.

Assembly was not bad however I worked backwards a little since I think 2 people should have been putting it together. The size is just right for a small bedroom. I went with the darker color one for a bedroom. Very stable once it’s completely put together. Got more to come

I got this cabinet to tuck under a counter to add storage in my dining room. It fits quite nicely, with just a small gap. I like that some of the cubbies have doors, which open easily and have magnetic closures. It was fairly easy to put together (it took me less than two hours on my own), and feels pretty sturdy for flat pack pressboard furniture. My one complaint is the sides look ugly. There are 8 screws that go into each side during assembly, and they give you stickers to cover them up, which I think looks tacky. I'm planning to get some peel and stick wallpaper to cover the sides to make it look nicer. Other than that, if the sides will be hidden or you don't mind the stickers, this is a good piece of furniture.

Nice looking, sturdy storage piece. Works well and is of good quality. Assembly was a little time consuming- about 2 hours and one step required 2 people- the instructions were clear, all the pieces were present and organized very well, and everything fit properly. Highly recommended .

Fair warning- this seller is somewhat difficult to deal with (GIANTEX) and EXPECT that your stuff will arrive later than the given window when you buy it. HOWEVER- It's really worth the wait. These cubes are efficient, easy to assemble, and look fantastic in our space. I might actually buy another set to go in my office. HIGHLY recommend the actual product.

It is very cute and useful - good size. But make sure you have some wood glue as it’s not provided.. should be used for the wood dowels. Also need a Phillips screw driver. Was a complete pain in the rear to assemble. I’ve assembled countless pieces or furniture and this was the worst. Hopefully it holds together - seems to be okay so far.

I wanted something that would hold my crafting items but, still offer a nice piece of furniture to the living room. I achieved it 1000%. I bought two units to put side by side. I ended up putting it in the corner of the room. I added some fabric cube boxes that are embossed with roses and in the gray hues. It is a beautiful addition to our living room. It hides the majority of my crafting supplies and I have room to grow. I knew I would need/want 2 of them.. if I had room I would buy more. Extremely sturdy, very easy to put together, the 14 year old did it on her own. I have seen others but did not feel they were as sturdy as these. There is a full back on each of the units. Not just the open cubbies.

The instructions were not great. I have a few splits in the wood. The drawers hide them so out of sight out of mind. Not as sturdy as I hoped. Was disappointed

This item was easy to put together and I'm not a DIYer. Even though there are no written instructions, with a little patience, it's easy to figure out the diagrams. I'm giving the cabinet 5 stars because my only complaint is with the description on Amazon, not the unit itself. The height of the cubby holes should be noted on the description because you're not able to fit regular sized binders into the cubby holes; the height of the cubby is 11" and binders are 11 1/2". The pictures were deceiving and I now have 9 cubby holes and can't put any of my binders in them, which is why I bought the cabinet in the first place.

Great cabinet however I was expecting slightly larger but it does the trick!

I was having a hard time finding something that fit the space that I needed under my kid's loft bed along side the desk. This fit perfectly, and it seemed to be of better quality than the IKEA cubes. I am really pleased that it had a back and it was very easy to build.

Not toddler proof. Toddler slammed upper right door and it came off. Otherwise beautiful and came together well.
