Great Product - Great Customer Service
I really wanted a necklace with my name in Greek. I’ve been visiting Greece yearly since forever. It’s my happy place.I was hesitant to order due to some saying name was spelt wrong. But of course that wouldn’t happen to me. :). I was wrong. I guess their are multiple ways to spell a name in Greek. I wanted the Modern. So necklace arrived. Loved the quality and the way it looked. Unfortunately spelling was not what I wanted. I contacted the company and they offered to send me a new one with the spelling I wanted. I emailed them the spelling and sure enough the replacement arrived yesterday. I LOVE IT!As always… if you are ever unhappy with something you receive please reach out to their customer service to give them the opportunity to correct it before leaving a negative review. This company resolved my issue. They were understanding and quickly replied to my emails. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Very attentive
The name originally came out with a missing letter, but the company answered my message almost immediately and agreed to fix it for no charge. They held to their word, and I received this personalized gift quite quickly to give it to my daughter before she returned for college. Very courteous and attentive to messages.

Translation was not great
Lucy was translated to Lambda Upsilon Kappa Upsilon. English equivalent would be something like Luku. Not sure how they choose what to use for English letters not represented directly in Greek alphabet (like c and y), but a simple google translation did a more accurate job of it by changing it Lousi which the Greek alphabet can accommodate easily. Or if using transliteration with either the classic or modern style both would come out as Lambda Upsilon Sigma which would be Lus, also fine. I guess look up the Greek alphabet and if your chosen word doesn't directly correspond letter for letter to Greek consider buying from somewhere else.
