It is really good to use and less noise and good products and fast delivery.But the air has not much cooling even with ice bag and extra ices.The wind has also not much pressure with high speed mode .

Only gave 4 stars as i have only been using it for 2 days.if product continues to operate as now i would give 5stars.very easy to operate ,water lasts a long time ,it has 3 settings and at the moment medium seems adequate and have not tried with ice blocksyet..the timer is a good idea and you can change the air flow from static to swing.all in all i am very pleased with this product and also a good price (one thing it would have been ideal if it had a indicating light for low water level.would recommend this.

Hard to claim on warranty, having used this less than a couple of hours a day, the fan stopped working within 2 months of first use.Not impressed, poor quality, currently seems like money wasted, still waiting to see if the warranty has any value.

I really like this, it’s basically a fan but does give a lot of nice cool air and is much quieter than I was expecting- it’s no louder than a desk fan. After reading previous reviews I was a bit nervous about keeping an eye on the water level but it lasts days- my son keeps this on all night whilst he sleeps (and he’s a teenager so this is around 12 hours for him!) and when he wakes up it’s only gone down a centimetre. He has an attic room which is roasting in hot weather- you used to be able to feel the temperature difference when walking up the stairs to the attic but this really helps and was reasonably priced compared to others.

It's a great little cooler. Definitely colder than a fan, however, it does not cool your room down at all. Bought it for our room to cool it down for the baby and it doesn't help at all.

Fabulous. Much better than a normal fan. It doesn't actually cool the room down - my bedroom is still 23 degrees but it makes you feel much cooler. It's not too heavy and it is on wheels so that's good. I've slept right through the night since I bought it. It is actually very quiet. I would definitely recommend it as long as you realise that it isn't an air conditioner, just an air cooler

It arrived 2 days after ordering, even though it was supposed to be 3 weeks. Brilliant size does cool a whole room. Powerful for a compact machine. It has been in use for 3 weeks and we have had no problems. Much quieter then a fan. Beautiful cool refreshing air. My son is a gamer with his own built computer, large screen etc so room gets very very hot. This air cooler has cooled the room and has helped him sleep. It doesn’t take up much space.Only negative I wish I had bought another one for main room. 👍

I have been using this for a few weeks. Unfortunately, the heatwave had gone but the central heating kicked in. I tried it in our room and it was OK. Tried it with both the COOLER button on and off and couldn't detect any difference in coolness. However, it's still better than a normal fan. It's very portable and convenient to put water in. There is a gauge to show the water level. I change the water every 5 days or so as I don't use it for more than a couple of hours a day or thereabouts. The remote control is an added bonus.P.S. Today after about 6 weeks of perfect use I detected that it has started to leak. The carpet was soaked. I thought I must have spilled something so I experimented by placing it on a towel. After 5 minutes of running it I could see the towel getting wet. Oh well you get what you pay for.Ironically on my orders it's still showing Delivery Running Late when in actual fact I received it a week or so after ordering it. The manufacturer has not updated their records despite my email that I have received the COOLER.
