I feel like I have to use that headline, because most of the negative reviews come from users who bought the cheapest dispenser they could find, then complain that it's not a heavy duty steel dispenser costing 4 or 5 times as much. We have been using this dispenser since May, 2020. The good old days of Covid when paper products were being hoarded. We decided that this dispenser and a case of trifold towels of the correct size was our best option. And it was. At the time of this writing (late November, 2025) it is still in use and holding up perfectly. We don't abuse it and have never had a need to lock the top (unlocked, the button latches perfectly, keeping the holder closed). If you read the specs, this item is 100% exactly as described. It performs exactly the way it is supposed to. No need to criticize a product that is exactly as described. Read the product detail before ordering.

I love these napkin dispenser. It’s small, so it’s not gonna take up your whole space. It fits great mounting is super easy, installation won’t take you that long. I love the appearance because it’s very safe space saving and I like how it has the button so you don’t always have to have the key to open it and restock it. So it’s versatile in that sense.

Price is very good comparatively, quality is acceptable and works well with multi fold towels which is all you need. Its light and easy to install and blends well in any bathroom or kitchen because its very thin and white. Has a view window to warn you of low level of towels and towels pull out easy leaving the beginning of the next towel sticking out for the next user. Its great in the Bathrooms as kids use them often to dry hands and I use for cleaning saving toilet paper and Kleenex. One last thing. Make sure you towels made with no recyclable fibers only virgin wood fibers because the recyclable contain high level of bacteria which can sicken people with compromised defense system like kids. Recyclable paper products have over 1000% more bacteria than the ones made with virgin wood fibers and that includes kleenex, kitchen towels and napkins which the average person uses with food or to wipe mouth or nose. CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW THIS IS ALLOWED? AND HE USERS HAVE NO IDEA THIS IS THE CASE. On the contrary they think they are saving our forests which is not true since most virgin fibers are taken from renewable sources like bamboo trees that grow super quick. Also the process to make products with recyclable products is inherently super dirty and contains a protein that bacteria love and need to reproduce.

I purchased in white. Approximate measurements: Length 10.25" Height 8" Depth 3.8" If you're looking for a small cheap functional towel dispenser then I'd recommend this one. The picture shows it as white and greyish beige. The one I received, the part that should be grey was black. It came fully assembled in a box with no broken parts. There are 4 holes in the back for mounting but they only provided 3 screws (???). I use Pacific Blue Select Multifold Premium 2-Ply Paper Towels and it would fit about 150. It does come with one key but the top button can be set in the unlock position, the door stays closed and you don't need the key to refill. Overall, it's not particularly sturdy or stylish but it does the job and for the price, I paid about $10 with free Prime shipping, it's a great little dispenser.

If only it could also make dinner or suggest where I left my keys, it would be the perfect partner! Every time I walk past it, I half-expect it to start giving me life advice. "You might want to clean the countertop, and don’t forget to call Mom." My friends now refuse to believe that I’m not controlling it with my mind. “Yes, it’s true,” I tell them, “I can summon paper towels at will!” The only con? Sometimes it gets a little too enthusiastic. I reached for a towel, and it unleashed what felt like the equivalent of a magic paper towel tsunami. I was left drenched in a cascade of paper, wondering if I’d accidentally ordered the "Geyser of Towels" model. In conclusion, if you want a paper towel dispenser that might just replace your best friend, this is it. It’ll keep your spills at bay and give you a little psychic thrill every time you reach for a towel. Be prepared for the hilarity when guests try to figure out how it knows when they need it… because trust me, you’ll be the star of the kitchen!

Cheap cheap cheap not worth the cost. Completely plastic including the key and key compartment. I opened it 1 time to add paper towels and the plastic key compartment broke. Too late to get a refund. Checkout other brands instead. 👎🏾👎🏾
