FRANKEKitchen Sink tap with Fixed spout Vital S-Chrome/Gun Metal 120.0551.216, Grey

The tap drips intermittently due to the design. The filter capsule is after the lever which means any residual water in the capsule slowly drips. This is not mentioned anywhere and Franke's solution is to wipe the tap down after use!!! Franke customer service are utterly useless....I mean who in their right mind is going to wipe the tap down after every use??You expect taps to not drip when in the off position and nowhere in Franke's documentation does it state that it may drip.I am still waiting for Franke to provide a suitable solution to fix this issue. Wiping it down is not a suitable solution. I would not have brought the tap if I had known it drips!
