Fits well
I bought them for my husband, he wears 10 and I get size L, fits well, he did not use it yet but looks okay.

Good concept...but....
I ordered these to replace the pair I have been using for years (which just recently tore up). I ordered a medium for my wife and an XXL for me. My wife wears a size (shoe) 6-7 and the medium I ordered for her is way too small. We cannot even stretch them to fit over tennis shoes. I ordered an XXL for me and I wear a 9.5 and they don't even come close to fitting my shoes. The stubs on the bottom are really short and does not have good grip on the ice. I highly recommend snow grips on the ice but just not this pair. Maybe if they fit properly, they would be okay. I know I could return them but we are currently in the middle of an ice storm and both being in healthcare, we both have to go to work regardless of the weather. Sorry for this review but it is my opinion.
