NO. You must have a chordal structure from a guitar, or keyboard, etc. going into the amp before you get true harmony. That's the only way the harmony generator knows what key you're in and what to actually harmonize with. Without chords coming in, the harmony will be "free-lance" or random, sounding like shi-t! Learn your chords!
