Looks great BUT: cheaply made, serious design flaws, terrible service.
I own the Bagatelle version of this bike- I was really happy with it despite shortcomings (eg. not coming with a rear break- I ride it as a single speed), because I used it very rarely, maybe a handful of times a year. It is super stylish and pretty, with a solid frame and a smooth ride.Now for the disappointing part: after bringing it out of winter storage and pumping up the tires, I started having issues where I would get a flat every time I rode it. This happened a frustrating four sequential times. I took it to different bike shops. They theorized that because of a flaw in the design of the narrow rims, the tubes were being squeezed and popping.I contacted the company for some advice, hoping that they would help me work through the issues, or suggest different tires or specific tubes to buy to solve the problem that this bike I had ridden less than 30 times over the past two years was now completely unridable. Their customer service guy Cody took a long time to reply, essentially saying that because the bike was bought two years ago they could do nothing to help except offer a $50 discount off of a new bike. Ha! As if I would buy another one after this experience! Now I guess I have to resort to selling it for parts to cut my losses.TLDR: May seem pretty and inexpensive, but owning this bike has turned into way more trouble than it's worth. I've learned my lesson and next time I'll be buying a quality used bike from my local bike shop.

I bought my bike "used very good " from amazon and it came very well packaged in the day expected. I put it together pretty easily with the tools i had, even though tools come in package. Frame has breaks attached already to handlebars also

Bike is great. Easy to put together and an awesome ride for the city. Highly recommend it to anyone and have already logged a ton of time on the bike. Couldn't be happier with solé and their excellent customer service.
