One of the few Iron supplements that I will always recommend. It digest very easily and doesn't upset my stomach (but I also always eat with supplements or other medications). The smell and after taste (when it comes to burps) is not the most pleasant but the benefits of this outweighs it. Digest easily and works pretty quickly. Energy level will increase and your counts will rise significantly.Please be aware, it might turn your urine color bright yellow. Do not allow it to alarm you.

Ease of use

This stuff is great. Sooo many people have problems with iron supplements. Most of the people in our family included.I have then swear they can't handle iron or it upsets their stomach. But Hemaplex doesn't and a serious bonus. It works. One little tablet a day for however long you need it. Great results, well worth the money. Which I have to say is a lot less than some of the prescription iron.As far as I know nobody in our family has had any troubles with them. Even my dad who at 76 had trouble swallowing .

I was terrible anemic where I had to have Iron infusions! I start taking Hema-Plex Iron and have had no issues since! My hemoglobin levels have been great taking these twice a day with no additional stomach issues.

Works will for hemoglobin regulation. The only bad thing I experienced was the smell, taste, and aftertaste. If you can tolerate that, you’ll be good. I, unfortunately, couldn’t take the taste so I switched brands and pill forms.

I really recommend these but make sure you pay attention to the dosage I only weighed 105 when starting to take these and turns out the full dose was wayyy too much so I had to half it.Pros my energy levels have gotten much better and this one does not cause actual stomach pain like straight iron pills for me, and the price is great, and I've noticed changes with my hair growthCons have had to take stool softeners off and on with it, can get an upset stomach

I started taking this to help my hemoglobin rise as I was awaiting surgery. Within 2 weeks of taking it i could feel the diffrence. Wasn't tired anymore and had more energy. Checked my hemoglobin and it went right back to normal!

This was recommended by my Hematologist, she even brought up Amazon on her computer and told me to take a picture! I don't tolerate Iron well, even the slow release. However I often have to get Iron transfusions and we had to come up with something. She recommended it because it is tolerated well, plus it has tons of other things that go well with it. I can actually take it every day without it bothering my guts! Unlike others, Iron gives me nausea and diarrhea, and this does not. Yay!8/25. Update after two years of taking this my labs are now consistently fabulous, and my hematologist has kicked me out of her practice:) I do notice if I’m very good about taking it daily, after a week I’ll get a little constipated. I take a couple of days off and I’m fine.
