Very nice and substantial paring knife. Like many people who cook, I have an assortment of small "paring" knives, which I do my best to keep sharp. They've served me well but recently I've felt like finding something of higher quality. I ordered this one a few months ago and I like it a lot. The first time I used it I sliced a lemon, and it seemed to me like it sort of fell through the lemon, relative to my other basic knives. It is sharp on another level. I would buy again and might buy another one just to have in the drawer. ** I know some people care a lot about being able to put everything in the dishwasher. You may be able to do that with this knife, but really now. It's a quality knife - just rinse it off in the sink!

Nice Paring Knife! I had one like this and ordered my daughter one for her birthday. Mine was very sharp when I first got it but now it isn't as sharp as it was but you can still peel potatoes and the skin off the tomatoes with it and slice them too! Has a good blade and my husband said he could sharpen it if I needed him too! So far I have not had to sharpen mind and I had mind about a year. One of the knifes did come with a cover over the point and the other one didn't. I do like the cover and wish both of them had a cover to cover the point of the knife.

I bought this knife because I needed smaller knives in the kitchen. My husband of course got very upset because he does not cook but he feels that we had enough knives. Funny, now he uses this knife all the time. Good quality, feels great in my hands and my hands are small. But I'm able to grip it and I felt the design was pretty good. I don't have a dishwasher so I don't know if it's dishwasher safe. But it has survived my husband's dishwashing skills and rinse is clean. I have yet to sharpen it. But it seems to hold an edge. I'd probably get another one if I need one. It's nice to have knives around that you can use one for onions and then grab another one for something else and not have to go back to the sink each time to rinse them off. So I think the value was pretty good. The blade is a little thick, but not so that it's intrusive. I liked it

Very nice knife. It got a nice feel and is easy to work with. I used the knife now for about a week and it became my go to knife for all normal cutting and peeling. It's very sharp

Es increíble que un cuchillo así tenga un precio tan ajustado. Es un cuchillo pequeño perfecto para cocina, al pesar muy poco, ser muy manejable y notarse la gran calidad que tiene. De momento no ha perdido nada de filo y lo uso a diario. Se nota la calidad de los materiales al sostenerlo. El mango es muy lavable y no se mancha, así como parece bastante fijo a la hoja, sin dar la sensación de que vaya a desprenderse jamás por mucho que se le sobresfuerce.

Perfect ergonomic design. Perfect sharpness. Perfect size. I don’t like to work with dull knives and I found this knife to be - well Perfect.
