This works surprisingly well! I have pregnancy related nasal congestion and do not want to take otc nasal spray. I will say the feeling of shooting water up my nose feels like it's itching my brain and not the most comfortable. However, the outcome is so worth it. I live in a high desert climate so I think most of my congestion is generally related to the dry climate. Being able to clear out the sinuses and moisturize them has made a huge difference.

Works better than a netty pot for cleansing sinuses. The squeeze bottle allows you to adjust the pressure for easy rinsing or blasting away stuck ickies. The saline packets are easy to open and pour into container. Soothing and very effective.

A must have for all your sinus issues. Love the fact that you don't tip the bottle (as in some others that look like a tea kettle). The bottle stands straight up and you just shoot it up your nose as you're leaning over the sink. SUPER easy to use and this actually works and clears out and cleans out your sinuses!

Anyone with sinus troubles should try this. Cleaning out the sinuses on a regular basis can be very helpful. Better than nasal steroid medications with no side effects. I sleep much better when I use this product. I also prefer this standard size bottle, not the large size bottle.

Started using this due to my perforation and man has it worked wonders! It cleans everything out, helps me breathe better, and is very easy to use. Convenient and comes with good amount of saline packets.
