I received my new vacuum today and basically was pleased with the ease of handling the machine, however I do wish a better explanation was available switching from carpet to bare floor. Not at all clear which setting on the floor attachment which is floor & which is carpeting

The media could not be loaded.  Definitely give this one a try if your interested in robo vac or vac/mop. The app and remote buttons don't match I stick to the app.Cost is soo worth the couple flaws ie.insist on going under the couch but rig clearance it keeps getting stuck, has a hard time returning to charger if farther than 10 ft away. For assistance cleaning so your not doing it all everyday it's a dream come true mind you I'm only 3 weeks in with it 🤞

I like that its quiet, slim line. I'm having problems with it not holding a charge. 5 to 10 minutes is all it will run on a full charge, & the material the floor scrubber is rolling under, so I've removed it altogether. At this point in probably going to return/ exchange. I purchased the 2 yr extended warranty. Will that transfer to a different machine or is it just my loss? Thanks for your help & advice.
