Great!
Saw some of the other comments about these things breaking immediately after installing or removing, so when i got mine i had about 8 different configs on my helmet i wanted to try. not once with the numerous ons and offs i did did it make me think it would break. just push into the light hard, and twist slowly until it pops. pretty easy, seems well built, and has tons of mounts in the package. bright enough for low light map reading, and super light weight. only con i see is it takes CR2016 batteries and not 2032 batteries. so now i need more button batteries to keep track of. oh well!

Came with everything to mount to helmet
Comes with multiple mounting options. Can not think of a need for the additional mounting kits offered by the company. I thought I needed to purchase that too but took a chance and waited and glad i did. The additional mount was not necessary and i saved some money. The light is fantastic. not too dim or bright. Looks amazing. Really dresses up my helmet. Love it so much

A bit flimsy, not sure about the longevity
Nice fit, light works as advertised. A bit flimsy on goose neck, not sure about the longevity. Time will tell.

Very compact
The light is vary small and compact. Also comes with many mounting options so that you can have it where you need.

I mean, it is a light for your helmet..
This may be a defect for my light and my light only; however, when you twist it or manipulate it slightly the light flickers in and out. I bought it on Amazon for a cheaper price than what I typically find these lights for so maybe that’s it. If you’re mounting it on a high cut helmet you just need to put it on the arc rail adapter. ( it comes with the light). I initially tried to place it on the extended mount and it had too much tension on the plastic and broke the adapter. The light is good but I wish it had three settings (Red, White, IR). But once again I bought it super cheap on Amazon so you get what you pay for.

Perfect helmet light.
I have this attached to my ballistic helmet. Easily attached to the rails on the sides and flexes to my desired focal area.Low red light is nice and discrete.High red light provides plenty of light in dark areas.White light is very bright for its size.

Additional mounting kit not needed
Product works great and comes with 4 different mounting options, ops core mount included. Also this light take a 2016 size battery not the 2032 that pop up in the suggestions others bought with this product and the additional mounts. Light also comes with 2 batteries included! Very happy with this purchase so far.
