Creamy, smells great, lasts all day, WORKS
I’m obsessed with this stuff. I am 20 weeks pregnant, and so far no stretch marks. I love the way it smells and it is so easily rubbed in. It’s also not too thick and easy to wash off your hands. However it is thick and creamy enough to keep you moisturized all day. My only complaint is that it doesn’t last very long, so I would recommend buying the super size 8 ounce. I wish it was a little cheaper, as it doesn’t last long enough for what you pay for it. Other than that, though, I absolutely love it.

ZERO stretch marks. Love mama mio!
I absolutely love this product. I knew that stretch marks are hereditary. I have stretch marks on my hips and knees from growth spurts during puberty, my aunts on my dads side have pregnancy stretch marks, and my mom and four of her sisters have stretch marks from pregnancies. I figured I was going to get them, but that didn't mean I wasn't going to at least try to prevent them from being too bad. With my first pregnancy, I tried a ton of different products. Even tried pure cocoa butter, but I couldn't handle going to bed smelling like a chocolate truffle. I finally came across mama mio tummy rub and I was hooked. I have very dry skin but this product was the only one that allowed my skin to retain moisture. I figured that had to be a good sign. I used it in conjunction with the tummy rub oil twice a day. By the end of my pregnancy, I had ZERO stretch marks. My family is amazed. It should be noted that I made sure to drink a lot of water and I gained weight slowly. I'm now pregnant again and I have stockpiled mama mio in my bathroom. I've tried other mama mio products and love them, too. To top it off, the smell is great.

Best butter on the market
This cream was recommended by a friend. I have been using it twice daily since the end of my first trimester. I'm 34 weeks along now and have ZERO stretch marks. I credit that to the cream, drinking lots of water, eating pretty well, and staying active. I tested 4 other creams/oils during my pregnancy and hated them. They were cheaper and would have saved me a few dollars but in the end, Mama Mio ended up being worth every cent to me. Some of the others didn't absorb nearly as well. They would sit on top of my belly leaving a greasy feeling and ruining my clothing in the process. I didn't like the scent of another. One cream left me dry, itchy, and eventually flaky. I tried applying it 3-4 times per day but it just didn't moisturize my skin. I ended up tossing half used tubs away. This Tummy Rub Butter sinks right into the skin. The scent is light. It's made with quality ingredients.

Takes some time, but does work!
So let me start and say that I am not pregnant so I can't tell you about that. However, I struggle with weight fluctuations and have developed my fair share of stretch marks on my lower abdomen. I am extremely self conscious of them and have tried so many things like Bio Oil, Mederma, and other stretch mark creams. This is the first product where I am so happy I could cry. After about 3 months, a lot of my stretch marks are now white versus the deep purple/red when they first develop. I can't say enough good things. It takes some time and using it every day but I really does work. I feel as if it would work even better if I used it twice a day, as advertised, but I only use it once a day and am still seeing great results. It is thick, hydrating, and smells pretty good (although the smell is slightly strong).

Pregnancy Must Have!
During the first 14 weeks or so of pregnancy I was VERY nauseous and could not tolerate most scents for very long. I tried various drugstore tummy butters and creams but could not stand the smells. Through that time I continued using regular unscented body lotion religiously and was doing fine until my belly actually started getting bigger and itchier. I bought the first tub of the Mama Mio tummy butter at a Spa since I had a gift card and figured I had nothing to lose if I couldn't tolerate the smell of that one either. To my surprise, the light scent didn't bother me at all! I applied it to my growing bump morning and evening every day while continuing to drink plenty of water. At around the 6 month of pregnancy I saw a couple of stretch marks pop up around my love handles and panicked. I realized my lazy self had neglected that area during the belly butter applications and began applying it further back, not at all hopeful that it was going to help since I still have stretch marks on my hips from my teen years. I didn't see any more appear after that. I am so glad I found this product when I did. I will definitely be recommending this anyone looking for a baby bump lotion. I continued to use the last tummy butter tub of my pregnancy post-partum to help massage my skin and loved that I didn't have an overly scented lotion so close to my baby. As a reference, I gained 28 lbs during my pregnancy and it was mostly baby bump.

Swear by this stuff!
39 weeks pregnant and I am on my 4th tub. I have exactly zero stretch marks on my gigantic belly! It's not just genetics. I didn't think to be putting this stuff on my thighs and somewhere in my second trimester I started noticing stretch marks. Started including that area and the marks stopped and actually started fading in a few weeks. It smells really nice and feels completely wonderful. I was gifted a prenatal massage to a super fancy spa and this was the product they swore by too. While it is a bit pricey, I found it totally worth it!

Recommend Others for Sensitive Noses
I tried this Mama Mio The Tummy Rub Butter only once. It's the one Angelina Jolie allegedly used. Admittedly, I have always had a strong sense of smell, and it is slightly stronger now in my 24th week of pregnancy, though not nearly as bad as it was through the first trimester and first half of the second trimester. I found this cream to have a strong florally chocolate scent when applied that did not wear off all day. Also, the cream is thick and doesn’t spread too thinly (you have to use kind of a lot), but it seems to keep working a long time, which means fewer reapplications but still not a lot of days per jar of this relatively expensive product. I'm sure I could get over the cost of it, if it weren't for the fragrance. I can still feel…and smell…it 10 hours after application. I also tried the Burt's Bees Baby Bee Belly Butter, which is unscented, making it usable for me, even though it doesn't feel as moisturizing or absorb as well. Another option for sensitive noses is Body Merry Stretch Marks and Scar Cream, which is thicker and has a chocolatey scent that is not very noticeable once applied and under clothing. I also bought the Bio-Oil Specialist Skincare Oil to try, which absorbed really well on a test patch of skin, but I never even used it after sniffing the rather unpleasant floral scent it has.

Really works!
So far, I've gained over 50 lbs, and I remain stretch mark free! My mom had terrible stretch marks, so I started using this early. I apply it every time I shower or my skin feels dry, so I don't use it every day, but I use it a lot. The box says to "apply generously," but it's so thick that I don't really feel you need to. I use it on all the areas they say to (tummy, bottom, breasts). I've had it around two months and I still have plenty left, although I will most likely have to get another one before this baby comes. I don't love scented lotions, and this one is lightly scented, but it's not overpowering and dissipates quickly. Mu husband loves the scent and feel of it!

Animo

Great product!
Smells great and not perfumey. Has amazing texture and silky consistency. I apply it twice a day and I am 32 weeks pregnant, no marks yet! It relieves the itchiness from the stretching also. Great product, worth the price. Buy in bulk as you will go through it quickly!

Muy recomendado
Hidrata super bien, lo malo es que es muy poca cantidad y el producto es caro. Tienes que comprar muy seguido. Pero es una crema perfecta para el embarazo
