From the perspective of a Science Adventure fan
This is a spoiler free review! I've read Elite to 100% completion and have barely started DaSH.If you're a fan of the Science Adventure series, Robotics;Notes is an excellent addition. The story is gripping, and possibly my favourite in the SciADV series. The collector's edition is really nice and well made, and definitely adds value. However, there's a few glaring issues which prevent me from giving this a 5 star review. Most notable is the problematic skip feature - in Elite, you can't autoskip previously read text at all and you have to hold the manual skip button. Apparently it's worse in DaSH, since it sometimes skips text you haven't even read!In terms of the localisation... it's hit and miss. Almost all of the main text is well translated and fits the characters well. When it comes to the Twipo messages and certain terms used previously in the series, it's a different story - for example, one of the characters from a previous entry in the series had his NAME translated wrong - this can almost certainly be put down to a lack of research.Robotics;Notes sort of assumes you've read Chaos;Head before, since it makes references to events from that game, so I recommend you do that first. This also applies Steins;Gate to an extent, but almost everyone got into the series that way so it barely needs mentioning.Despite the issues, getting both Elite and DaSH in one pack is well worth it. However, if you want the most true-to-the-original experience, you might want to wait for the fanmade patch for the Steam PC version - search "committee of zero" if you want to know more.

Dent on box
Not happy about the box. I'm trying to collect these kind of games and it's important to maintain the integrity of these packages.

Steins Gate fans take note
If you love conspiracies, weirdness and other such shenanigans like in the Steins;Gate games you'll love Robotics;Notes. The first game explores a bunch of teenagers who are a part of club building a giant robot and how a conspiracy set into motion by powerful forces threatens to destroy the world. Its a visual novel game so theres plenty of reading but its very entertaining. Be sure also to check out the anime after playing.
