The only way I write a review is if i really love something!! This products works, the reviews did not disappoint! I have used this fortwo weeks so far with my workouts, i workout in a suna suit and a cotton tank or a workout shirt. I am 5”11 I was 342 when I started, I said I was not going to weigh myself until the end of the month but I said forget it yesterday and Im 324!!! I have not been able to go past 327 for the last past year. Along with me cutting out bread& rice (which I have done before but could not go pass 327) I still drink red wine maybe twice a week at night. I dont eat beef only ground turkey & seafood, I drink mineral water and alkaline water. I have always had issues with working up a sweat and with this cream, that is not sticky & you dont have to use much, I start sweating all in my face & neck just from doing arm rolls. Order a sauna suit or at least a top, the first week I walked the second week I started back on my tredmill and my bike, that I sit with my back up against. Oh and the smell is not overwhelmingly strong, its suddle. (I like that)

I was skeptical about buying this product, but I took a chance based on the reviews. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a jump start on weight loss. I saw a significant change in my stomachs appearance within a week. I wrapped in saran wrap with each application. I used a generous amount and noticed that it also suppressed my appetite!! That was an extra plus that I wasn't expecting. I actively work out and eat pretty clean, but recently my hormones were forced into premenopause due to a fibroid medication that I have to take & I started to get stubborn fat around my waist and love handles. No matter how hard I worked, I couldn't get the fat to budge. I will be recommending this to my friends and my mom who has hit menopause and also suffering from unwanted stubborn fat around the mid section. This stuff is amazing! You just have to be patient & did some sort of moving around to see the best results.
