Could a patient person pull things out from the slot? there was a negative review about that for the protex drop box security lock box.

No that is not possible with this lockbox. The slot is not wide enough to put anything down and maneuver. When the envelopes go in ours are always slanted toward the door so it would be hard to grab ahold of anything. Most of the envelopes we utilize are 6x9.

Is this rated for outdoor use?

DuraBox dropboxes are not designed to be mounted outdoors. Although the dropboxes are powder-coated, they will eventually rust and look unsightly. Outdoor usage will void the warranty.

Already purchased this box from Amazon. Can I order more keys?

The description "harder to duplicate than standard keys for added security" is accurate. My locksmith had to create a custom tool to make the keys and the copied keys work but not as smooth or as good as the original keys. I would recommend getting them from the supplier. Custom for count, spacing, and depth on the lock pins.

How big is the Opening? Can a Full sheet of standard paper fit inside without being folded?

Yes it can. 8.5 x 11 paper can go in easily.
