Soyabeaf Minced Natural is a light colored unflavored textured soy protein product. It can be used in place of fish or white meats in recipes. The granules resemble ground white meat after re-hydration. These granules are gluten-free and vegan. They make excellent main and side dishes, and allow you to flavor according to your individual tastes. They also require very little cooking which saves valuable time in meal preparation. Great in meatloaf, meatballs, sausage patties, etc. This product should be seasoned to taste, as it contains no added salt or other flavorings.
