I have Consistent energy and I take one when I feel groggy in the morning. I don’t have the jitters and I cannot drink coffee due to heartburn. I don’t take this in the evenings because it will keep me awake. It really curbs my appetite, but I have not lost a lot of weight because I love to cook and I love carbs. Taking 2 of these gives me too much nervous energy, but I don’t get jitters or a shaky hand.

Great for days you're fasting but need energy. Warning you will start having issues if you take this daily as this has alot of caffeine in this.
