Having eaten the vast majority of my kilo of scratchings I can confirm they're hairless.

How long do these stay fresh after opening please?

Like all food products our Pork Scratchings will deteriorate when exposed to the oxygen in the Air. This process will be effected by the storage conditions they are kept in. If for instance they are left uncovered in sunlight in a warm room then the deterioration will be quite quick. If they are kept in an airtight container in a cool dark place they should remain in good condition for several days. A One kilo bag is quite a lot of pork scratchings and you may need help from friends and family to eat them all or you may wish to buy them in our retail packs which are configured 12x80g , 12x50g or 12x40g to give you an extended shelf life to suit your particular needs.
