Very informative in this day and age !
The book has tons of situations that we see these days which can happen if things fall off the track. A great explanation of different tactics used by women and lawyers falsely accusing their husbands. I like the way the problems are carved and tackled one by one . In the digital era and nuclear family planning the things are getting worst and marriage is not sacred as it was earlier but it's more of profit and loss making business. I would as an advocate of criminal and family law would strongly suggest to take pre nuptials agreement signed by husband and wife before or after marriage at any time. It would definitely help to pay maintenance etc to your wife.

Good book. Defines every legal aspect of indian law which is being used by women to torture the innocent mens.

Explains how laws meant to protect married women in India could be used to cause harm to men and their families. Overall a good collection of stories and interpretation of laws. Only thing I think this lacks is that it does not include references to laws related to stories.

First I thought that indian courts give delayed judgment so that any innocent must not get punished but after reading this book you will know the reality of laws in india against the males are so cruel and unlawful that they are designed in such a way that it becomes a source of income for womens, children, police, courts, advocates etc etc… but still no mens are protesting against it as they haven’t faced the situation yet. And seriously shame on the courts and judges who still give decisions in favour of women even after knowing all these and that same judge is somehow have a possibility even that is low but still have chance to get stuck in same laws.
