Are these in cube form

They are in cube form, but these cubes are connected together like chocolate.

How many servings does 1 package make?

Each box contains 2 sealed blocks of curry sauce mix. The entire box make 12 servings. You can use just one of the sealed packets to make 6 servings. The information provided does not make this clear. I am used to buying this in local grocery stores where there is just one sealed packet per box and only serves 5. So please be aware that each box can make up to 12 servings.

What Are The Health Benefits?

These are spices. You make sauce out of them. They do not have any particular medical effects. This is real life, not a video game, it's not a magic potion.
