I've never used anything other than a standard pillow that you can buy in most home stores. As I've gotten older (early thirties but who know everything starts to click and ache so soon!) and now work at a desk all day, I found I was increasingly waking up with a neck or headache.I was skeptical a pillow could solve my problems. Especially a side sleeper who doesn't have really broad shoulders.Bought and tried this after extensive research and avoiding the big well known brand which seemed almost identical in make up but a LOT more expensive in price.Now I can't imagine being without this pillow!! I even take it away with me whenever I stay elsewhere for the night. Gone are the head and neck aches and I'm sure I wake up and get out of bed easier too (not a morning person but perhaps a small part of this was the pain and banging head every morning).Pillow arrived well packaged and didn't smell weird. I let it rest (as advised) for 24 hours after receiving, before use.

I had bought some lovely and soft duck feather pillows a few months before which in theory I loved but I kept waking up with terrible neck ache which would sometimes take days to get better. I was recommended this pillow which I initially didn't want to buy as I'd never liked this type of pillow but a few people told me it is normal as you get older (I'm 53) to need a firmer pillow so I gave it a try. Had it about a month now and my neck ache is gone completely so I thoroughly recommend.

Decent pillow does what it says in the tin ... starting the lose it shape a bit and for me but thick enough as I still feel to low when sleeping.

Noticed a slight difference. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Received a message saying that if I registered for the guarantee that I was eligible for a free pillowcase but there was no where or way to get this offer.

This pillow gave additional support to a painful neck complaint and therefore resulted in a more restful sleep. Only used it for 2 nights so far but it is having the desired effect.

This is much more comfortable than I thought it would be. My neck pain isn’t eliminated but is certainly not as bad

So far so good. Quite firm and right size for standard pillow cases. Providing nice neck support.

A great product that has helped reduce neck pain from day one. Would recommend.
