The big tank has not gone boom!
The big tank has not gone boom, which I will consider a good sign. On the other hand, I have not attempted to cause a flash to test them either. Seem to be built well and easy to install. Although there seems no good way to test them, I am confident enough in them that I purchased a second pair.

I ordered the AGPTEK Oxygen Acetylene Flashback Arrestors on 10/29. There was an initial hiccup because I received two Oxygen Flashback Arrestors. I contacted Amazon and requested an exchange. They immediately sent a replacement set. Great customer service in my opinion. Also when I sent the ones I had back I did not have to pay any UPS fees. When I received the replacement set, it took all of 5 minutes to attach them, connect my hoses and I was on my way using my cutting torch handle. The Flashback Arrestors seem to be very well built and I have not had any problems with rate of flow.

Gas welding torch safety
This was an important safety addition to my Victor torch. The brass valves were well made and threads were a perfect match for my oxygen and acetylene torch with welding and cutting torch functions. Quick delivery as well from Amazon.

Smith little torch
I use these for my smith little torch in my silver smithing studio, they connect at the regulator. No leak detected after installing, good fit. And for a fraction of the price for the smith version I think they are a great deal. Im not sure how well they hold up with time but for safety reasons I replace my arrestors every couple years anyway regardless of the brand so might as well get the cost effective ones.

I have no idea if they are doing the job they are intended for. Never had a flash back my old ones and don’t really want one. Hopefully they will do the job. Not sure how I would test them so my selection was mostly based on customer reviews.
