A "must have" book for a corrosionist.
Every corrosion expert needs books dealing specifically about the state of the art regarding corrosion mechanisms and books dealing with all aspects of corrosion, in a intermediate level. They complement each other. This book belongs to the handbook category. It deals with all aspects being an updated review of all aspects of corrosion. This book is the first book to be used as a reference in case of doubt. It is the kind of book that every corrosion expert must have.

Four Stars
It gave two good sections that I was looking for on corrosion fatigue and stress corrosion cracking.

The best corrosion compendium.
The Uhlig's corrosion handbook is perhaps the best compendium of corrosion information ever written. It is addressed to both undergrad and graduate students as well as professionals. I am using it for a core corrosion engineering undergrad class at UAkron. Highly recommended.
