What is the canoe made of?

Some sort of Plaster and Acrylic

China. They are super cute, but I did have to rid a couple of them of uneven bottoms. I just took a nail file to a few spots to level them out a bit. My coffee table and end tables are older so I am not real careful with them anymore, but if they were new I might consider placing a few of those sticky felt dots on the bottoms of the coasters to protect a new table.
