A top book in the Primarch Series
Just finished this book. It was excellent easily a top three in the series. It was engrossing and I could not put it down. Some quick thoughts and bear in mind I am fairly neutral with Corax and the RG but have read all of Gav’s stuff except DL (not that I think it is a bad book just haven’t gotten to that one with all the newer stuff).-I love the Guilliman parts with Corax. Obviously a UM whore but those parts were well written and provides nice insight into Corax. As an aside Haley writes a really good RG, with all his Dark Imperium stuff he def has gotten his character down...makes me wish he did RG’s primarch book!-Love the “biological weapon” as a huge fan of that genre of movies it was a total nod to fans of said genre.

Great read
A very good insight into Corax and the Ravenguard.

Solid
This is a good look at the the pre-Heresy Raven Guard and Corax. Corax messes up, and I have to admit, I appreciate seeing a Primarch blow the job, and have to do their best to clean it up.It's a solid Primarch book and worth a read.

One of the most enjoyable Primarch books
I found it exceptionally well written in every aspect and I find Corax to be a truly compelling Primarch.I really hope they bring him back in to M42 soon!

Corax
I love all of these books, it is a nice insight into the Primarchs and how they came to the fold and the choices they make.

Corax
The hardest one of the Primarchs series for me to find. Great read.

#TheRaven
The Horus Heresy: Primarchs series is one of the best. They provide great insight into their respective Primarch's life, thoughts, and vision.

Not necessary reading, even for a RG player
The other Corax book by Black Library goes vastly more in depth of the character than the Primarch book. This was pleasurable reading but i'm not sure the way the story went that it was a necessary book to make at all. As if there simply isn't any other information they want to give (or have made up) on the character. This book assumes you know Corax's back story and the freeing of Deliverance. Now, once you know that story (From the other book), this adds NOTHING new about Corax in any meaningful way. There is less to be learned about his wargear, there is less to learn about him in combat, and repeated information of avoiding detection and being an Emo.Long story short: This book is LESS useful in learning about Corax than the other book about him, yet this came afterward and should have expanded upon the previous book. Save your money and read the other Corax book, it's a better story, more insightful and educational about the Raven Guard and Corax.
