Is the puffed rice gluten free?

It’s says gluten free and the only ingredient is brown rice.

what is the best way to store them so they won't get stale?

My experience was to store in the bag tightly sealed shut or in an airtight container such as Tupperware or other similar item. That provided the best results. Hopefully they'll be eaten so quickly you won't have to worry too much about getting stale....LOL..have a blessed day....

Does this have aspartame?

No, not at all. You can add sweetener of your choice! We use honey and it tastes better than any of the sugary cereals our kids used to eat.

Anyone know where the grain is actually grown? Says made in US but not sure if that can still mean grown elsewhere, imported and packaged in the US.

Nature's Path's site's press release (I can't paste links in here else I would) says they grow on its own 2 farms in Saskatchewan (Canada, above North Dakota) and 1 in northern Montana on a total 5640 acres in addition to a co-op of organic farmers in North America.
