Are the Veggie chip's the same as the straw's just in a different shape?

Pretty much. Different shape which lends to a different texture. I think the flavor is the same.

Are these healthier then regular potato chips?

No, they are not. A 1-oz bag has 230 mg sodium, higher than plain potato chips. They have less potassium than regular potato chips. Vegetable powders add color, you can't taste them. Sugar is added to enhance flavor. The carb content is about the same as other potato chips.

Is there any vitamins in these vegetable chips?

We eat veggie straws and they have 2% vitamin C and 2% Iron, so I would imagine the chips would be the same.. :)

My daughter is a vegan and she eats them.
